Mae shi? More like HEART shi! Even with an almost totally new line-up this band is incredible. Quite possibly the most positive show experience one could ever participate in.

Spencer, wearing a bandana. My sister said he was walking around the house proudly all weekend, showing it off. Yes, dogs have emotions such as pride.

p.s. how cute is it that he is raising one eye brow at the camera? Spencer! YOU HAM! God I love this dog.

I don’t really think I’m that funny, but my below email to Kat tonight made me LOL before I hit the send button. It also made me think of a question David Cho posed to me recently of whether or not I think my exaggerated use of ironic vernacular has dumbed me down in real life. I’m leaning towards the thought that I’d rather add z’s to the ends of all my words than sound pretentious and condescending towards my (non-existent) internet audience. I guess maybe somewhere in the middle of that spectrum is the best place to let one’s writing style reside.
